Salads are your friend on Living Lean so it’s good to have a go-to dressing to keep things interesting. Try this if you want something fresh and simple.

Serves 4

Prep and cook time: 2 minutes

Ingredients

¼ cup flax seed or olive oil
1 tsp fresh chives
1 fresh lemon, juiced

1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 fresh Roma tomato
1 clove garlic (optional)

Method

Blend all and mix with your veggies or salad.
