Vegetable Soup

Get your 5-a-day in one sitting with this easy peasy soup. We’ve chosen some of our favourite veggies, but you can experiment as much as you like.

Serves: 4-6

Prep and cook time: 30 minutes


1 bunch of asparagus
2 onions, diced
3 carrots, diced
3 sticks of celery, diced
½ jar marinated artichokes
½ head of cauliflower

½ cabbage
1 cup fresh or frozen peas
2 cloves garlic
1 tbs Living Lean greens
1 jar Passata
1 tsp Himalayan salt


  1. Sweat garlic, onion, celery, carrot until translucent.
  2. Add cauliflower, cabbage, artichoke and asparagus and cook for 2 minutes Add greens and stir in Passata and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add peas and spinach and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Blend and serve.
