Peach and Strawberry Smoothie recipe Living Lean

This super fresh smoothie blends ripe peaches to aid digestion and naturally sweet strawberries that are full of vitamin C. Start off your day the right way.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups soy milk
½ punnet strawberries

1 x peach (seed removed)
Ice cubes (alkaline water)
