Creamy Guacamole

Avocados are one of the best foods you can choose to alkalise your system. Full of healthy fats they can also help to keep you full for longer. Whizz yours up for a tasty guacamole dip.

Serves: 6-8

Prep and cook time: 3 minutes


1 spring onion
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
300 grams cannellini beans, cooked
½ fresh lemon, juiced

1 tbs apple cider vinegar
½ tsp celery salt
1 large ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
Himalayan salt and chilli powder to taste


  1. Blend all ingredients until texture is smooth.
