Chilli Chickpea Dip recipe Living Lean
Chilli Chickpea Dip

Take your hummus to the next level with this light and spicy dip. Great as a mid-morning snack served with steamed veggies or cucumber batons.

Serves: 6-8

Prep and cook time: 3 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup chickpeas, cooked
½ lemon juice
1 clove garlic
½ green chilli

1 tbs olive oil
¼ tsp paprika
Himalayan salt to taste

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Enjoy with steamed carrots and broccoli florets or raw cucumber.
