Brazilian Tomato Salad

From immune support to skin health, Brazilian tomatoes really pack a punch. This great little salad is tasty on its own or as a refreshing side dish.

Serves: 2

Prep and cook time: 3 minutes plus 24 hours chilling time

Ingredients

5 tomatoes, cut in wedges
Handful of chives, sliced thin
2 tbs olive oil

1 garlic clove
Himalayan salt, to taste
Fresh basil

Method

  1. Place the cut tomatoes and chives in a bowl and pour Himalayan salt over it.
  2. Let the tomatoes sweat for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Add the oil and the fresh basil before serving.
