ACT is
a 4-week outdoor exercise program that is a combination
of the best training regimes. It incorporates
Athletics, BootCamp, Boxing, and Adventure Training.
Every session is different,
challenging, fun and caters to all kinds of fitness
levels.
All participants must commit to all 8 sessions. It
is understood that you may have work commitments
that come up, but your goal is to complete all
8 sessions. You are making an investment in your
health, there are no shortcuts.
